Legacy Native Home Care LLC is a 5-bed, Level II behavioral health residential treatment facility located in Mesa, Arizona. Close to schools, shopping, and restaurants, the neighborhood welcomes a new balance with a wide variety of exciting things to do and see, such as art shows, swap meets, outdoor concerts, and many city-sponsored events throughout the year.

At Legacy Native Homecare, we believe teaching hands-on life skills is the key for our residents to live with confidence. Our modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a family-oriented atmosphere promoting and encouraging individual life skills and education. The home-like setting features shared common areas and bedrooms with a TV. Our “comfort room” is a quaint destination for some quiet time to relax, listen to music, read a book, or just sit and reflect each day. This room doubles as a private space where our counselors can conduct one-on-one services with residents.

Legacy Native Homecare provides support services and transportation to a variety of activities, including equine therapy, health and wellness classes, physical and personal development, community service outings, and participation with local organizations and food pantries. Concerts, plays, art festivals, weekly attendance in church services of their choice, and healing retreats are scheduled, with interest upon request.
